Trailhouse is a neurodiversity-affirming therapy and community center in Louisville offering speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health support, early intervention, AAC evaluations and communication support, parent coaching, PDA support, and social and special-interest groups. Trailhouse also provides neurodiversity and regulation training for schools, educators, workplaces, and community organizations.
