Innovative Supports for Autistic Workers (ISAW), a project of the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute, provides free autism and employment resources for Autistic workers, employers, employment specialists, and other professionals. The site includes information about interviewing, workplace communication, sensory and executive functioning needs, masking, accommodations, supported employment, hiring, supervision, and retaining Autistic employees, as well as free employer training and consultation.
