Kentucky’s statewide early intervention program, formerly called First Steps, for families with children from birth to age 3 who have developmental delays, disabilities, or conditions that may affect development. Families can use the site to learn about eligibility, request or make a referral, find their local Point of Entry office, understand evaluations and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and learn about early intervention services such as speech, occupational, physical, and developmental supports.
